ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date the order is shipped. All returns within the 14 days will be issued a store credit via email that can be used online or in store.
All items bought on sale are non-refundable and FINAL SALE!
These items CANNOT be returned for store credit or be exchanged!
Jewelry, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Readers, Nippies, Bikini Buddies, Bring it ups, G-skin panties, Hair Accessories and Gift Certificates Can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and must be in original condition. .i.e., NO scuffs, scratches, foot stains, worn bottoms, etc.
Swimwear must be unworn with all tags still attached and with hygiene sticker still intact. All swimwear must be free of snags, stains, smells, hardware scratches, etc. In other words, all swimwear must be returned for store credit or exchange in new condition.
All merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tear/snag free, smoke-free condition with the original tags attached – NO makeup or deodorant stains).
All returns postmarked after 14 days or not in compliance with the above conditions WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
If an exchange is required, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After getting approval please send the item(s) you want to exchange back to us. An email will be sent when the new items are dispatched back to you. If for any reason the item(s) are out of stock, a store credit will be issued. If a store credit is required an email will be sent containing the store credit. Return shipping is the customers cost.
If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days of receiving the merchandise so we can correct the issue.
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Please return your item(s) via your carrier of choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to seven business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
